Airline tickets

• Most fares are governed by the airline's fare rules; some are non-refundable or carry airline change/cancellation fees.
• For bookings made directly with us for travel to/from the U.S., you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund if the booking was made at least 7 days before departure, consistent with U.S. DOT policy.
• If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund or free rebooking under the airline's policy — call us and we will process it with the airline.

Vacation packages, hotels & cruises

• Cancellation terms vary by supplier and rate type (refundable vs. promotional/non-refundable) and are disclosed before payment.
• Cruise lines typically apply date-based cancellation schedules; ask your agent for the schedule applicable to your sailing.

How to cancel or change

Call +1-571-378-7984 (24/7) with your booking reference. We will confirm applicable fees, if any, before processing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method once released by the supplier.

Agency fees

Any agency service fees are disclosed before payment; where a supplier refund is due, applicable agency fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
